Whitehall Solid Brass Large Quail Faucet - Flora & Fauna Faucets last a lifetime. Their handcrafted solid brass faucets have been turning heads since 1978. ~Made in the USA from 100% Recycled Solid Brass. Permanently mounted to American-made top quality 3/4" hose bibb. The solid brass faucet makes a great housewarming gift, and really dresses up your outdoor spigot.
- Handle Mounting: Handles are permanently attached to the hose bibb.
- Stem Packing: Made of a specialized graphite and cotton material with a genuine rubber binder. The brass stem is machined so the packing sits like a shallow cone.
- Valve Stem: Hose Bibbs have a heavy, thick "seat" into which the stem of the hose bibb must "sit" perfectly when closed.
- Deep Full Threads: The threads on both ends of hose bibb are "full" providing the best possible engagement both to the water line and the garden hose.
- Nylon Sealing Gasket: Nylon ring assures a complete seal at the top of each hose bibb.
- Final Finish Every Flora & Fauna Faucet is finished in Verdigris Patina.
- Seat Washer Screw: Made of 100% stainless steel.
- Stem Seat Washer: Made of special SBR material, the same material used to make tires. This material provides the highest rating against abrasion and water swelling.
- Wall Thickness: The wall of the hose bibbs are thick and strong.
- Metal That Last: Hose bibbs are made of brass that contains 82% copper. The high copper content provide long term corrosion resistance assuring that faucets last a lifetime.
- Stem Taper: Stem is made with special tooling that prevents any taper from top to bottom of the stem.
- Solid Handles: Animal Handles are made of solid brass.
- This faucet comes packaged in a unique gift box, with installation instructions printed on the outside.
